COVID-19
- It is mandatory to wear a mask (recommended FFP2) in indoor public areas. In outdoor public areas it is recommended.
- All athletes and staff members will go through COVID checkpoint BEFORE first entering the competition center.
- All athletes and staff members must do the Ag rapid test in Covid checkpoint
- All athletes and staff members must do an additional Ag rapid test on Friday, 11.02.2022

Preliminary entry with the number of athletes, officials and request of hotel reservation (accommodation dates and number of rooms) – latest January 14th, 2022
Preliminary entries must be sent to team@suusaliit.ee
Accommodation invoices are made advance on the basis of this information.
The possibility of canceling the accommodation is no later than 23.01.22.

Official entry with names, birthdays, FIS-code and gender - latest February 8th, 2022
The entry form can be found from 15.01.2022 at www.owc.ee.
The entry fee is 20€ per athlete per race.
Entry fees must be transferred to the organizers bank account before the competition, latest by February 8th. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the payer.

ACCOMMODATION
Prices are valid for booking at least for 3 nights.
Full board in standard single room 120 € per person per day
Full board in standard double room 95 € per person per day
Full board in standard triple room 85 € per person per day
WAXING FACILITIES
The wax cabins will be available from Thursday, February 10th until Sunday, February 13th. On request you can get access to the cabins from Wednesday. Every nation gets one free wax cabin.
There is a possibility to get extra wax cabins including the electricity for the whole stay with 450 €.
Please notify us about your extra need for a wax cabin with the first preliminary entry.
