Estonian Ski Federation invites You to FIS Rollerski World Cup 2020 event
Organizers: Estonian Ski Association and Tartu Ski Club
Place: Rollerski tracks at Otepää Tehvandi Sports Center and highway in Tartu
Dates and types of the competitions:
Friday, August 21st W/M sprint C Otepää
Saturday, August 22nd W/M 27km Mass start F Tartu
Sunday, August 23rd W/M 10/15km Interval start C Otepää
Closing date for Entries:
Preliminary entry with number of athletes and officials – latest July 28th
Deadline for final entries is August 13th 2020
Entries will be done using FIS Online Entry System, as it has been with CC World Cup. Entries must be done by the National Ski Associations.
Entering the participation, under the section EXTRAS: More need – ski binding information (SNS Pilot/NNN) must be indicated for each athlete.
Accommodation:
Full board in standard single room 95 € per person per day
Full board in standard double room 75 € per person per day
The hotel offer includes food and accommodation. For accommodation reservation, please contact the OC: team@suusaliit.ee until July 28th
Additional information about the accommodation will be given to the teams after receiving preliminary entry and accommodation request.
Logistical Information
Teams arriving or leaving by plane will be offered one free of charge transfer per team from Riga (RIX) airport to the venue and one from the venue to the airport. The arriving and departing times and number of persons have to be communicated to the organizer latest AUGUST 13th 2020 by email team@suusaliit.ee
Teams booking accommodation on their own are responsible to arrange their own transportation. Any extra transportation can be arranged by the OC for additional charge.

Competition rules
- FIS Rollerski World Cup and World Championships Rules (year 2020)
- International Competition Rules (ICR) Cross Country
- International Competition Rules (ICR) Roller Skiing
- Juniors must be 2001 – 2005 years of birth. Competitor must have reached his 16th birthday before the end of calendar year. Seniors are from year 2000 and older.
- Guidelines for Rollerski Equipment Specification and Control
- Sprint Finals will be organized starting with 1/4 finals with top 16 from qualification and with 4 athletes in a heat.
Rollerski equipment
- For Sprint and Individual Interval CL competition OC will provide classical rollerskis. Wheel material – rubber with nr 2 speed. (Frame material – aluminium, length – 720 mm wheelbase, weight – 2240g per pair, incl bindings)
- For Mass start F competition is allowed to use equipment corresponding to FIS rules:
- roller skis have to be commercially available
- the distance between roller ski axles cannot be less than 530 mm
- the wheel diameter cannot be more than 100 mm
- Ski boots have to be attached to roller skis using ski bindings.
- Rollerskis provided by OC will be marked. Athlete or team are not allowed to make any adjustments of skis including lubrication. After the Interval race (C) on Sunday classic rollerskis must be returned.

Information for travellers to Estonia on the provisions for preventing the spread of COVID-19:
When travelling to Estonia, all people will not have to self-isolate for a 14-day period, unless the country from where the people are travelling or are crossing in transit, have not had a 14-day cumulative number of COVID-19 cases exceeding 15 individuals per 100,000.
All travellers, including citizens and permanent residents of Estonia, who have arrived from countries in which the 14-day cumulative number of COVID-19 cases has exceeded 15 individuals per 100,000, must self-isolate for a 14-day period upon arrival in Estonia.

If someone has more questions regarding COVID-19 restrictions, rules and possible accommodation options to withstand self-isolation period, please contact organizers.
