DATES AND TYPES OF THE COMPETITIONS
Friday, January 12: Sprint C
Saturday, January 13: Interval start 20km C
Sunday, January 14: Interval start 10km F
CLOSING DATES FOR ENTRIES:
● PRELIMINARY ENTRY with the number of athletes, officials and request of hotel reservation (accommodation dates and number of rooms) – latest 8th of December, 2023
Preliminary entries must be sent via EST SC 2024 PRE-ENTRY FORM
Accommodation invoices are made advance on the basis of this information.
● Official ENTRY with names, birthdays, FIS-code and gender - latest 9th of January, 2024

The entry fee is 20€ per athlete per race.
Entry fees must be transferred to the organizers bank account before the competition, latest by January 9th.
All bank transfer fees must be covered by the payer.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is located in Otepää next to the competition ski tracks (no need for transportation). Prices are valid for booking at least for 3 nights.
Full board in standard single room 145 € per person per day
Full board in standard double room 125 € per person per day
Full board in standard triple room 100 € per person per day
WAXING FACILITIES:
The wax cabins will be available from Thursday, January 11th until Sunday, January 14th. On request you can get access to the cabins from Wednesday. Every nation gets one free wax cabin. There is a possibility to get extra wax cabins including the electricity for the whole stay with 550 €. Please notify us about your extra need for a wax cabin with the first preliminary entry.
FLUOR TESTING:
There will be fluor testing on every competition day during the Otepää Scandinavian Cup competitions.

All participants must have an insurance coverage through their National Ski Association. The LOC is not liable for any kind of accidents, injury, damages or lost property.
PERSONAL DATA:
By registering, each participant confirms that his/her name, age group and results can be publicly displayed and the organizers have the right to use any photographic and video material of him/her for promoting the event.
